Meet Matt Waits: A seasoned pilot whose journey in aviation began in 2009, initially taking to the skies for business as the CEO of SST Software. With over 2000 hours as an instrument-rated pilot, Matt's practical use of flying has evolved into a deep-seated passion. His progression in aircraft ownership—from a Cessna 182 to the advanced Piper M600—reflects his commitment to aviation excellence. At home, Matt is a dedicated husband and father to three teenagers, finding joy in outdoor activities like running, biking, and hiking, with a special fondness for the mountains. Holding a bachelor's degree in Ag Economics from Oklahoma State University, he's expanding his academic horizons with a master’s degree in Aviation and Space. In addition to his educational and family life, Matt's leadership extends to board service and a role on the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association Board, where he leverages his experience to influence the future of industry and education.

Meet Devin Wanzor: In late 2022, Devin found his calling in general aviation during a journey through Oregon and Idaho with Matt and another close friend. This experience ignited Devin's passion for flying, prompting a swift journey to obtain a private pilot's license, successfully achieved in September 2023. Currently pursuing an instrument rating, Devin thrives on the challenges and joys of aviation. After obtaining a degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University, his career trajectory began as a commercial banker in 2007, where he gained diverse insights working with small businesses, commercial real estate clients, and players in the energy industry. Following his time in banking, Devin served as a partner and President in a sign manufacturing business from 2013 to 2020, delving into the intricacies of small business ownership. Since 2021, Devin has been self-employed via Stonewall Partners LLC, where he has invested in a variety of business ventures and also offers expert advisory services to small businesses through evaluating acquisitions, analyzing strategic alternatives, and enhancing financial performance through operational support. When not working or flying, Devin enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. He has been happily married to Emily Wanzor since 2008. Devin and Emily have two sons, Charlie & Sam.

Meet Conor Gass: A passionate aviator hailing from Coweta, OK, Conor is a dedicated professional in the world of aviation. Currently on the brink of completing his degree in Aerospace Administration and Operations at Oklahoma State University, he has already soared to remarkable heights in his aviation journey. Conor's roots in aviation trace back to his grandfather, a computer engineer for American Airlines. Fascinated by his grandfather's tales of the skies, Conor's interest in aviation was kindled from an early age. This spark led him to pursue his dream at Oklahoma State University, where he not only earned all of his ratings but also became a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) within the university's flight school. With over 600 hours of flight experience under his belt, Conor is a seasoned pilot. Beyond his academic and instructional commitments, Conor contributes his expertise to a local corporate client, where he serves as a co-pilot in a King Air 360. Looking towards the future, Conor envisions himself as a captain for a major airline. He eventually aspires to take on the role of a Chief Pilot in a private aviation department. In this position, Conor aims to not only continue his own passion for flying but also have the opportunity manage and mentor a team of fellow pilots. In his personal life, Conor finds joy in the harmonies of jazz music and the art of baking bread. His love for the skies is mirrored in his family life, where he shares his adventures with his beautiful wife and best friend, Ashleigh, and their 18-month-old daughter, Joanna.
